About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to enquiries you send us. They are not your construction contract. The work we do for you is governed by the written contract, estimate or change order you sign — if anything here conflicts with that document, that document wins.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it: no attempting to breach its security, no automated scraping, and no submitting false information or requests on someone else's behalf.

Estimates and quotes

• Information on this site — including service descriptions and any prices shown — is for general guidance and is not an offer.
• An estimate becomes binding only when it is issued in writing, signed, and any required deposit is paid.
• Estimates are valid for the period stated on them. Prices may change if the scope changes, or if conditions are found that could not reasonably have been seen at the time of the estimate.
• Work beyond the agreed scope requires a signed change order before we carry it out.

Licensing

Powerhouse Contracting is a licensed and insured contractor in the State of New Mexico. Our license number appears on our estimates and contracts. Any work requiring a permit is permitted and inspected as the code requires.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your estimate or contract, including any deposit. Card payments may carry a processing surcharge, which is shown before you pay. Overdue balances may be subject to late fees as stated in your contract.

Warranty

Our workmanship warranty is stated in your contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided by the manufacturer and passed through to you. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, alteration by others, or normal wear.

Photographs and reviews

We may photograph completed work and use it in our portfolio and advertising, as described in our Privacy Policy. Tell us if you would rather we did not. Reviews and testimonials shown on this site are from real customers and are used with their permission.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, photographs, logos and design — belongs to Powerhouse Contracting and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Disclaimer and limits

This website is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and information on it may become out of date. Nothing on this site is construction, engineering, legal or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited. This does not limit any rights or remedies you have under your signed contract with us, or any rights you have under New Mexico consumer-protection law.

Governing law
