"I can't say enough about the team that completely remodeled two bathrooms in my home! From the moment Nathan and the team leads arrived to map out a plan, to every visit to demo, reconstruct, install and paint, everything was well-planned out and scheduled. Every member of Jorge's team was skilled and professional. Work was done efficiently and beautifully and I am SO happy with my new bathrooms!! I would highly recommend PowerHouse to anyone."

"The quote process was excellent - from the person that answered my phone call, to the team that arrived to quote work, I am impressed with the care given to us in our situation. I was referred to them from a friend who had great work done and I'll be doing the same!"

FAQ
AC Installation Questions, Answered
Should I switch from swamp cooler to refrigerated air?
For many Albuquerque homes, yes — refrigerated air cools more consistently and uses less water. We'll do a free load calculation and give you honest options for your home and budget.
Do you work on both heating and cooling systems?
Yes. Powerhouse Contracting can help with heating and cooling systems for homes, apartments, and commercial properties. Whether your AC is not keeping up or your heating system needs attention, our team can help.
How often should I service my AC?
Once a year at minimum, ideally before summer. Our maintenance plans include seasonal tune-ups that extend equipment life and keep energy bills down.
